Benefits of training

Online guitar lessons are many times more effective than face-to-face lessons! Do you have any doubts? Let’s look at the main advantages:

A non-renewable resource that is always in short supply. Have you ever wondered how much time you spend on the road? With online lessons you will save your time.

🍀Territorial issue
If you live abroad, you can easily study at home. I have students from Germany, America, and Canada.

🍀Home environment
What could be better than your usual home environment? Everything is at hand, in its place. You don’t need to carry your guitar all day so that after school or work you can go straight to a lesson.

🍀Video recording
The most important and main topics of the lessons can be recorded on video. You won’t miss anything important and can review your guitar lessons at any time

How often should you exercise?

I recommend taking lessons 1 or 2 times a week, and studying on your own every day. A minimum of half an hour in the first year of classes and an hour from the second year.

What tools and equipment will you need?

There are several sizes of guitars, they are designated by the fraction 1/2, 3/4 or 4/4.
4/4 is the largest regular, standard guitar, 1/2 is the smallest.
If you are over 12 years old and your height is more than 160 cm, then you can safely consider the full-size 4/4 option.
With the correct fit, the guitarist should be able to easily reach the farthest peg; if successful, the size of the instrument will suit you.
3/4 guitars are suitable for children aged 8-12 years with a height of 125-165 cm, for adults with short stature and small palm size, the total length in this version will be 895-922 mm.
I play classical guitar myself and teach primarily classical guitar.
For beginners, the classical guitar is the most comfortable; it has nylon strings, they are soft and more convenient to start with. Metal strings often cause discomfort for beginners, especially children.
In guitars, as in everything, there is a relationship between price and quality. As a rule, the more expensive the guitar, the better the wood and fittings; it sounds more spacious, full and beautiful.
The most common models of classical guitars that are inexpensive but have good sound:
YAMAHA C40, YAMAHA C70, any Kremona (classic).

Why do we use Skype?
  • It’s free, including group calls with virtually no restrictions.
    Works in all countries
    Works on any gadgets
The connection quality is suitable for playing music. There are sound settings.
You can call. If a student (or sometimes a teacher) forgot about a lesson after hearing the bell and answering, the lesson is not lost. Unlike, for example, Zoom and Google Meet, where if a student does not show up on time, the teacher must either wait and hope that the student will appear, or use another messenger to write or call.
The entire history is saved in the chat forever. (Useful if you have any doubts whether there was a lesson or not)
You can share files. The files are stored in the cloud and are available for any device.
There is a call recording function. Video recordings are stored in the cloud for 30 days. Do not take up space on the device. If necessary, the recording can be downloaded.
You can call the phone. In emergency cases, if a student does not show up for class, I call the phone.
The entire chat history is available simultaneously on all devices, under one account. For example, during a lesson I can share a photo of sheet music from my phone without stopping the call.
Does not require connection to a phone.
It’s easy to find a member. It is enough to know your login or email or phone number (if linked) or first and last name. You can also send a link to your profile and you just need to follow it.
There is a browser version. Works without installing the application.
There are reactions (hearts, donuts, likes, etc. Children love).
    There are subtitles.
You can create scheduled calls. A reminder will pop up before the call.
You can send video and audio messages.
